How We Work

  1. Meet a team member for a complimentary consultation. In an hour you will receive a comprehensive health and fitness evaluation, as well as a clear understanding of how we will get you to where you want to be.
  2. Taking into account your goals, time scale, body type and hormonal profile, we will either recommend one of our set packages or if a more bespoke approach is required, we’ll create a training and nutrition programme tailored to you. From here we match you with the right Sculpt coach who will get you to your goal as quickly and enjoyably as possible.
  3. Working with one of our team nutritionists, you will learn how to best fuel your body for optimum health and body-composition. Within days of following our dietary advice you’ll notice that you look and feel better, have more energy and perform better during training.
  4. Through a combination of enjoyable and inspiring sessions, regular reassessment, and expert advice from your coach, in as little as 8 weeks you could totally transform your body and vastly improve your health.
